SUBSTANCE: blade nib node and the shelf includes a feather and a shelf on whose surface a pen is mounted, the shelf surface having a recess between the leading edge and the trailing edge of the blade feather. The deepest segment of the depression is located in the half, upstream, blade of the scapula. The skeleton curve is a curve that is a variation of the skeletal angle of the blade feather in a secant plane parallel to the shelf surface, depending on the position along the wheel axis. A plane in which the displacement between the skeleton curve and the linearized skeleton curve is maximum is located in the axial direction between a position of 0.5×N and 1.5×N, where N is the percentage representing the position of the plane of the deepest segment relative to the axial dimension of the blade of the blade from its leading edge. Other inventions of the group refer to a blade comprising the aforementioned assembly, a working wheel provided with the above-mentioned assembly or blade, and a gas turbine engine with such an impeller.
