SUBSTANCE: device for switching the excitation winding and the auxiliary winding of separate excitation DC motor contains the DC motor of separate excitation with excitation windings and auxiliary winding, connected to the armature winding of the motor. In case of one of the DC motor windings failure - excitation winding or the auxiliary winding, provides its work continuation with less power without motor stop.
EFFECT: increase of the DC motor of separate excitation stability; reduction of drilling equipment downtime, waiting for the motor repair or replace.
