SUBSTANCE: to develop the system, warnings are checked in the database for each system equipment unit in relation to a predetermined list of mandatory warnings, the completeness criterion is determined and calculated for the first sub-stage, the completeness criterion is determined and calculated for each of the subsequent stages, comparing the completion criteria of the previous stage with a predetermined threshold for that stage; system configuration is completed at the tenth stage after comparison with the tenth predetermined threshold value. The device for system development includes a simulator comprising a block for storing files and executable files, human-machine interfaces, containing a mouse, keyboard and a screen to display information, and a central processor.

EFFECT: creation of standard procedures for development of an aircraft warnings and electronic procedures control system.
