SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system and a method for detecting obstacles in an aircraft. The system contains a radar station for radial scanning of airspace, a camera for obtaining optical information, and a processor. To detect obstacles that do not respond to requests, the first airspace is scanned with a certain resolution, an image of the second airspace located in the above-mentioned first space and having a higher resolution is received, the obstacle is tracked based on received information, a predicted flight path and a route that provides avoidance of the obstacle are developed, and the route is reported to a flight control system of the aircraft.

EFFECT: flight safety is improved, functionality is expanded without high costs and certification.
