SUBSTANCE: measuring the parameters of the spectrum of secondary tissue radiation when it is probed by laser radiation in the area of masticatory muscles using the method of laser fluorescent diagnostics. Measurement of the parameters of the secondary radiation spectrum of tissue in the area of masticatory muscles is repeatedly performed in the phase of the absence of a specific function (resting state). The indicated measurement is carried out after the introduction of the silicone jelly for 20 minutes. The results of the first and second studies are compared. If the results of the second study correlate with the physiological norm, the stored rehabilitation potential is diagnosed. With partial normalization of indicators, a reduced rehabilitation potential is diagnosed. In the absence of positive dynamics, a sharply reduced rehabilitation potential is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the reliability of the diagnostic results of the functional state of the muscular component of the dentoalveolar apparatus, as well as to reveal its functional reserve by carrying out laser fluorescent diagnostics in two stages using an edentulous silicone mouthguard.
