FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prevention of auditory analyzer disorders in dental patients with reduced occlusion. Functional state of the auditory analyzer is examined by tympanometry. If the asymmetry of two or more tympanometry indicators—compliance, pressure and gradient—in the habitual occlusion on the right and left sides exceeds 30%, and after installation of registers, restoring reduced occlusion, decreased and was less than 20%, patient undergoes rational prosthetics with restoration of reduced height of occlusion.
EFFECT: method enables preventing further pathological manifestations of the auditory analyzer by preclinical diagnostics of negative effect of reduced occlusion on functional state of hearing organ and creation of conditions for improvement of blood flow in maxillary artery.
