FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: prefabricated module has a side made with the possibility to be connected to a plurality of panels and slabs for forming a part of the building comprises: four walls extending between the floor slab and the roof slab to form a rectangular cubic form; a compartment (10) in said rectangular cubic form; internal equipment, at least part of which is connected to technical means located inside the cubic form. A wet area is created in said module. Said module is made in the form of a load-bearing structure having said four walls equipped with the flat wooden core comprising at least one insulating layer. Said wet area is made in said module by means of providing watertight layers on the inner sides of the walls and the floor slab of the compartment (10). Said flat wooden core also comprises cross-laminated multilayer wood disposed adjacent to said at least one insulating layer.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the building erection time and to provide a wide range of its use.
