SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining at least a part of a building includes the stages of pre-manufacturing the module (2) by means of assembling four walls extending between the floor and the roof to form a rectangular cubic shape, providing at least one compartment inside said cubic shape, providing waterproof layers on the inner walls and the floor of said compartment for creating a wet area inside said module (2), accommodating technical installations inside the cubic shape and providing internal equipment inside the cubic shape. The method additionally comprises the stages of prefabricating a plurality of panels (4, 6) and slabs (8) and attaching these panels and slabs to the lateral side of the module (2) to provide another rectangular cubic shape forming a room built from the panels.

EFFECT: shortening the time of erecting buildings, improving the construction quality and technology.
