SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing a multicomponent granular mixture based on a binder and containing a carbohydrate-vitamin composition. The carbohydrate component of the composition is represented by the ground substrate-fungus mass from spent straw briquettes obtained in the production of mushrooms of the "Pleurotus" genus, and the vitamin and binder ingredient is represented by carrot paste taken at the weight ratio of 1:2.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of granules, obtaining a product with increased nutritional and biological value.
