FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparation and use of soy protein and carbohydrate components and their mixing. The soy protein component is used as soy protein paste obtained by barothermal processing of soybean seeds, and the carbohydrate - potato paste of thermally processed potato raw material. Mixing is carried out by preparing dough at a ratio of soybean and potato paste of 1:1, followed by forming granules and their drying to the moisture content of 10-12%.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to obtain the product with increased biological value and solid structure.
