SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular to the production of protein-vitamin-carbohydrate granular concentrates. Method of the granular concentrate preparation comprises the supply of grain and binder components dosing, followed by the preparation of a granular mixture. As a grain component, corn grits are used, and as a binder component – soybean-carrot paste, taken in a certain ratio, are used. Granulated mixture is produced by the disintegration redistribution of the newly formed corn particles in a medium of soybean-carrot binder with a ratio in the weight parts of corn groats: 1:2 soybean-carrot paste with molding and subsequent drying.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention provides an increase in the biological value of the finished product, a reduction in costs and energy.
