FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: plant contains a downhole electric motor, hydraulic drive with power pump, compensator, hydraulic actuator and distribution valves, and two pumps of diaphragm type. The hydraulic actuator includes two hydraulic cylinders, separated by a pistons for the forcing on driven cavities. The diaphragms of the compensator and the working pumps have the concave shape with a flat flange. Each diaphragm is fixed by the flange portion between two covers of similar shape. One side of the working pump diaphragm forms a drive chamber, and the other side of the diaphragm communicates with the internal cavity of the working pump. The driven cavities of the working pumps are connected to the driven hydraulic cylinders and provided with the valves system to control the loads on the diaphragms. The hydraulic drive includes a filter, protection valve at reverse rotation of the electric motor, the return valve in the forcing line, bleed valve.
EFFECT: stable operation while the free gas content in the pumping liquid environment and the plant operating lifetime increase.
