SUBSTANCE: method for electric drive control in which a trajectory component of the control signal is generated based on the required motion law of the load kinematically associated with the moving element of the engine, the speed of the load is measured, a control signal component proportional to the static frictional characteristic is formed, and the resulting value is added to the trajectory component of the control signal, the received amount is used to control the engine. The feature is that using the measured load speed, the expected stopping moments are determined before changing the sign of the load speed, the frictional component of the control signal is generated using the speed expected after the load motion is restarted, the frictional component of the control signal is formed ahead of the expected restart of the load motion. The electric drive comprises an engine and a speed sensor kinematically connected to its moving element, a friction compensator and an adder connected in series, wherein the adder also has an input for the signal from the external system. The feature is that a lead generator is introduced into it, wherein the input of the lead generator is connected to the output of the speed sensor, the output of the lead generator is connected to the input of the friction compensator, and the output of the adder is connected to the input of the engine.

EFFECT: increased speed and accuracy of the input signal processing by the electric drive.
