Servo drive has position meter 1, comparator 2 to compute error signal between specified position of object and readings of meter, former 3 of controlling action, motor 4, guide 5 kinematically coupled to motor, base rests 6 and pressure rests 7, nonlinear unit 8 to set minimal moving force which value is bigger than difference of moduli of forces of dry friction in base and pressure rests of guide and less that their sum is, unit 9 used to ensure periodic motion of base and pressure rests along; travel of guide in opposite directions in accordance with error signal of comparator.
