SUBSTANCE: icebreaking pantograph collector comprises a skidding element (2), re-locatable between the operative position, in which it contact with the overhead transmission line of the railway track or the tramline, and the nonoperative position, in which it is separated from noted overhead transmission line; a lever (5) with the first end (5a), which is hingedly attached to the transportation vehicle, and the second end (5b), which is attached to the noted skidding element, an operational drive on the noted lever for its displacement, an oscillator (10), actuating the skidding element and activated in the skidding element operative position in order to remove ice and/or snow from the overhead transmission line.
EFFECT: railway communication or transport connection rapid and effective recovery.
