FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for separating liquid nonuniform systems by means of centrifugal forces and can be used for cleaning process fluids from mechanical impurities and water, for example, oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids during their regeneration at enterprises, and also directly on mobile equipmnet. The centrifuge for cleaning process liquids from mechanical impurities and water includes a rotor containing a cylindrical body, a column, a nozzle drive and channels for supplying process liquid and draining water. A separating disc is mounted on the column to form a gap for water passage between it and the body wall into the water drainage output channel. At that, a valve that opens the channel for draining water from the centrifuge is installed in the rotating column, and its control rod is in manual or automatic mode and located in a stationary body on the centrifuge cover.
EFFECT: improving quality of cleaning process fluids from water, reducing loss of cleaned liquid with water drained from the rotor, simplifying design.
