FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises an electrolyser with vertically arranged cylindrical and tubular electrodes, granules of ground conductive material buried between the electrodes and separated from one of the electrodes by a grid of electrical insulating material, the largest granule size is not exceeding half of the thickness of the backfill, which helps to reduce the losses associated with heating of the processed liquid in the galvanic isolation zone of electrodes, to reduce the distance between electrodes, to increase the hydrogen and oxygen saturation of the processed water. The ends of the tubular electrode are connected to the waterways, radial openings are provided between dielectric material slugs in the upper and lower parts of the tubular electrode.
EFFECT: reduced device energy consumption when obtaining activated water, simplified design and increased activator productivity.
