FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in agriculture, livestock sector, medicine and food industry. Device for electric activation of water comprises a housing formed by vertically installed cylindrical 2 and tubular 1 electrodes, fixed by hermetically and coaxially sleeves 3, 4, made of dielectric material, mesh 8 arranged between one of electrodes 2 and filling 7 from current-conducting granules, largest size of which does not exceed half of filler thickness 7, diaphragm 11, two dielectric rings 9, 10, additional electrode chamber 13, lines for supply 17 and outlet 21 of water, connected to ends of tubular electrode 1, equipped with radial holes 24, 19 in upper and lower part and current source. Additional electrode chamber 13 is formed by cylindrical electrode 2 with nozzle 25 in upper part connected to water discharge line 26. Diaphragm 11 is made of ultrafiltration material fixed on outer surface of mesh 8. Two dielectric rings 9, 10 are installed along ends of mesh 8. Upper dielectric ring 9 is made with sealing element 16 and arranged on outer surface of mesh 8. Lower dielectric ring 10 comprises symmetrically located radial holes 14 with slots 15 on outer surface to feed water into additional electrode chamber 13 and is fixed on inner surface of mesh 8. Tubular electrode 1 has additional radial holes 20. Backfill 7 of current-conducting granules is arranged between tubular electrode 1 and mesh 8. On water discharge lines 21, 26 there are adjustable throttles 22, 27.

EFFECT: invention increases biological activity of water by reducing oxidation-reduction potential and increases concentration of hydrogen and oxygen in treated water.
