SUBSTANCE: composition for heat protective coating manufacture is described, including dust ground quartz, butadiene-nitrile rubber, where the butane-nitrile rubber of SKN-40TKN brand is used as a 20% solution by dry residue in acetone, in addition, the composition further contains furfural, resorcinol, epoxy resin, triphenyl phosphate, alumina trihydrate, glass microspheres, porophore, polyethylene polyamine, gammaaminopropyltriethoxysilane at the following ratio of components, mass. pt.: furfural 5.0-6.2, resorcinol 4.0-5.4, butadiene-nitrile rubber of SKN-40TKN brand in the form of 20% solution by dry residue in acetone 15.0-17.0, epoxy resin 5.0-6.5, triphenyl phosphate 1.0-1.4, alumina trihydrate 4.0-5.6, dust ground quartz 12.0-16.5, glass microspheres 6.8-7.8, porophore 2.5-3.5, polyethylenepolyamine 0.5-0.65, gammaaminopropyltriethoxysilane 0.4-0.55. A method for composition manufacture is also described.

EFFECT: increase and stability of composition physical and mechanical properties during its manufacture, storage and processing, resistance to oxidation of the semi-finished product, which reduces internal stress, eliminates flaking and cracking, eliminates coating heating during polymerisation and polycondensation.
