SUBSTANCE: universal unit contains a conveyor (2), a clamping conveyor (3), a hopper (4), a deck (5) and a sieve (6) mounted on a frame (1). A drum shredder (7) with working bodies - hammers is installed on the shaft, driven by an electric motor. The drum shredder (7) has additional working bodies in the form of a gang of cutters with discs and blades. Blades with a diameter less than the diameter of the disc are installed between the discs on the shaft. The hammers are torsionally fastened between the upper parts of the disks. The sieve (6) is removable, arc-shaped, repeating the shape of the drum and has a spout (15) with a hopper (16) for the finished product installed at an angle of 45-50° to the frame.
