FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hopper is loaded regardless of feeder and conveyor operation, if fill level ψ of the hopper does not exceed the hopper fill level limit ψn. The conveyor and the feeder are switched on by command of the control system (CS), if hopper filling level ψ exceeds initial hopper filling level ψ0, then the feeder efficiency W and the conveyor belt speed V are synchronously changed to Wi and Vi, if the hopper filling level ψ corresponds to the condition ψi-1<ψ≤ψi, and V≠Vi and W≠Wi, i=1…n, where n is the number of speed control stages, ψi - value of the i-th level of the hopper filling, Vi - value of the i-th stage of the belt speed, Wi - value of the i-th stage of the feeder efficiency; or provide feeder efficiency W=Wn and the conveyor belt speed V=Vn, if ψ>ψn. The feeder is turnred off, and then after removing the load from the belt the conveyor is stopped if the hopper filling level ψ is less than the initial hopper filling level ψ0 value, or the belt speed V and/or feeder efficiency W do not take the value Vi and Wi during the adjustment time, or the control system has issued a command to stop the conveyor.
EFFECT: increases efficiency of the conveyor with the loading hopper.
