FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for use in oil industry and water industry, in particular, in electric submersible pumping units for extraction of liquid from wells. Mechanical impurities separator comprises a coarse separator having a cylindrical housing with upper and lower connecting elements, the lower of which has inlet holes, a separating unit installed in it, made in the form of a hollow auger with shaped spirals and a truncated cone located concentrically to the housing, inside of which drain pipe for liquid is fixed, unloading branch pipe and bottomhole sludge plugged from below for collection of mechanical impurities, and fine separator containing cylindrical housing, upper and lower connecting elements, in lower of which there are outlet holes, and also unloading connection pipe. Cylindrical housing consists of a head with receiving tangential holes, a holder and an adapter, a lower part of the head with an insert located inside the holder, make a hydrocyclone, and internal cylindrical borrows in the lower part of the head and cone-shaped holes inside the insert form at least two hydrocyclone chambers. Upper outlet ends of hydrocyclone chambers drain branch pipes are located above receiving tangential holes, hydraulically isolated from them and through common cavity are connected to pump intake. Each hydrocyclone chamber has a single tangential opening. On the connecting elements of the fine separator the upper and lower disconnecting devices are installed, which seal the annular cavity of the annular space. Coarse separator connected to the bottom uncoupler by means of its upper connecting element, inside which there is a flow divider installed on the thread, has in the bores of the upper and lower connecting elements a cylindrical casing forming an internal annular cavity. Receiving hole of coarse separation separator is hydraulically connected with annular space through inlet hole in casing, which is sealed by means of spacer. Flow divider by its radial channels connects discharge branch pipe of fine separator through inner annular cavity and inlet holes of lower connecting element with unloading branch pipe of coarse separator, and peripheral channels - drain branch pipe separator coarse purification through outlet holes of lower connection element of fine separator with annular cavity of annular space.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of effective separation of impurities from the pumped fluid in a wide range of sizes, as well as in improving reliability and durability of the submersible downhole pump without significant complication of existing separation devices.
