SUBSTANCE: water outlet of the flexible irrigation pipeline of the drip irrigation system comprises a housing with drain openings and a fixing element. The fixing element connects the housing to the pipeline. The element is made in the form of a clamp with clips in the upper part. The housing consists of the conical-cylindrical part and the conical part. The cylindrical part is located in the wall of the irrigation pipeline. The conical part located in the internal pipeline cavity has inlet openings located perpendicular to the irrigation pipeline axis. The total area ω_v of the openings corresponds to the required irrigation rate Q according to the flow equation Q =ω_vV, where V is the speed of water flow through the openings. The conical part located outside the pipeline has the internal cavity with water outlet openings. The openings are inclined to the horizontal plane. The total area ω_n of the openings is more ω_n>ω_v of the total area of the inner cone openings. The height of the conical part located from the outside of the irrigation pipeline, corresponds to the depth of the root system of plants.
