FIELD: equipment for irrigation of farm crops by drop irrigation process.
SUBSTANCE: irrigation pipeline has within its inner cavity elastic open insert overlapping water discharge openings. Openings are formed through lower part of pipeline, along arc of circle having diameter D equal to 3.3 dp, where dp is inner diameter of pipeline. Such construction enables embracement of nest of plant to be irrigated. Open insert is fixed within pipeline and has longitudinal and transverse channels at inner side of pipeline. Length of arcs of elastic insert makes 1/2 the length of circle of pipeline inner surface.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and uniform water distribution over land area under irrigation process, and increased yield.
