FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: connection joint for a metal spatial rod structural carried frame includes a central unit element and the belts network grid and the inter-belt braces rod elements of the rolling profile, joined into the spatial structural design. In this case, the central unit element is made in the form of a straight prism of a circular or square or polygonal section. To fix and fasten the diagonal rod elements to the central unit element with the help of the angle plates along the lateral vertical faces, as well as along the horizontal planes of the central unit element, there are the grooves of rectangular cross-section, that reciprocally repeat the planes of the angle vertical plates, installed in them. To fix and fasten the belt I-shaped rod elements of I-section on the lateral vertical faces of the central unit element, the grooves of the rectangular cross-section are provided, which reciprocally repeat the planes of the vertical walls of the belt I-shaped rod elements. The joint of the central unit element with the adjacent shaped elements is carried out by the welding along the contour of the adjacent elements, and the joint of the central unit element with the adjacent belt I-shaped rod elements is performed by the welding through the holes, made in the central unit element along the end faces of the belt I-shaped rod elements vertical walls, installed in the grooves of the rectangular cross-section along the lateral vertical faces of the central unit element. Also the versions of the connection joint for the metal spatial rod structural carried frame are described, the two- and more-levels carried spatial rod structure, the two-level carried spatial rod structure, the three-level carried spatial rod structure, and the carried spatial rod structure as well.

EFFECT: increase of the spatial located rod elements joint connection carring capacity.
