FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to interface nodes of assembly reinforced concrete columns with monolithic foundations. Interface node of assembly reinforced concrete columns with monolithic foundations includes assembly concrete column with longitudinal working reinforcement, lean concrete and monolithic foundation with embedded elements. At the same time from the body of monolithic foundation there are vertical anchor connection bars, passed through the through fixing holes in horizontal metal support plate. Holes in metal support plate coaxially coincide with the location of longitudinal working reinforcement releases from the bottom end of the assembly concrete columns. On the upper plane of horizontal support metal plate, which coincides with the top of plane of monolithic foundation, a metal protrusion is provided for supporting concrete support protrusion from the lower end of the assembly concrete column on it. For fixing vertical anchoring reinforcement protrusions in the body of a monolithic foundation is made vertical anchor reinforcement protrusions to the full height of monolithic foundation, at the same time, they are made in the form of spatial reinforcement unit and combined with transverse horizontal reinforcement. In the spatial reinforcement block there are vertical reinforcement frames in four directions of the spatial reinforcement block. In vertical reinforcement frames, reinforcing or laminar diagonal elements are provided. Ends of vertical anchor reinforcement for each column are supported by a horizontal supporting metal plate. In the bearing part of the diagonal elements of the vertical reinforcing frames, provided metal supporting plates located under the diagonal elements, as well as support plate, under the vertical reinforcement anchoring protrusions, based on the lean concrete on the layer of cement-sand mortar. Connection of vertical anchor reinforcement protrusions with the release of longitudinal working reinforcement from the bottom end of assembly concrete columns was carried out using tub welding. Cavities of the junction of assembly concrete column with a monolithic foundation within the perimeter of assembly concrete column are covered with concrete of a grade not lower than the concrete brand of the assembly concrete column. Also other options for the junction of a reinforced concrete column with a monolithic foundation are described.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the elimination of columns in the support of assembly concrete columns directly on the monolithic foundation, with the required accuracy of the installation of assembly concrete columns.
