FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: downhole drilling motor contains the tubular casing, having the first end and the second end; the stator located in the specified tubular casing. The specified stator has the central longitudinal axis and plurality of the stator screw teeth; the rotor having the central longitudinal axis and the first cylindrical end. The indicated rotor contains the plurality of the rotor screw teeth. The indicated stator and rotor teeth form the plurality of cavities between the rotor and the stator, and the indicated rotor is located inside the stator. The central longitudinal axis of the rotor performs the orbital movement around the central longitudinal axis of the stator, and the first bearing assembly is connected to the first end of the tubular casing and located on the first cylindrical end of the rotor. The bearing assembly contains the first bearing housing, disposed concentrically within the tubular casing; the first outer bearing, placed concentrically inside the bearing housing and the first inner bearing, disposed at the first cylindrical end of the rotor. The first inner bearing has the central longitudinal axis, aligned with the central longitudinal axis of the rotor. The first inner bearing is disposed in the first outer bearing so, that when the rotor rotates inside the stator, the first inner bearing performs the orbital motion about the central longitudinal axis of the stator.
EFFECT: precise adjustment or limitation relative to the rotor and the stator movement, improving the overall characteristics of the drive.
