FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: biometric parameters of the patient's anatomical region required for immobilization are measured, and the projection position of the joint relative to the created immobilizing article is determined. A computer triangular model is formed with 100-300 mcm thick lines in the first layer lines at an angle of 30-50 degrees to each other at a distance of 1 mm. In the second layer, lines are created over the first one at an angle of 90 degrees to each other, forming a network structure. The third layer is created similarly to the first, the fourth layer is similar to the second, and so on. At the projected location of joint, tightly adjacent lines are formed parallel to each other, overlapping the zone of increased risk of article fracture. The generated computer model of the product is printed on a 3D printer.
EFFECT: method allows to create objects with a simulated network structure and strength properties that exclude the risk of immobilizing article fracture in the place of increased load.
