SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing an individual orthopedic insole, which includes measuring the biometric parameters of the patient’s foot, creating a computer model of the insole and printing a computer model of the product on a 3D printer, moreover, a computer-generated triangular model of the insole is formed, in which lines of 100–300 microns thick forming the layers of the insoles are placed at an angle of 30–50 degrees to each other at a distance of 0.5–2.5 mm, inside the insole, a system of ventilating elastic ducts with a diameter of 1 to 5 mm is formed, which are connected to each other at an angle of 30 to 70 degrees and have outlet openings on the surface of the insole, the structures of the insoles supporting the longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot are created with a filling density of 80 to 100 %, the rest of its parts are formed with a filling density of 30 to 70 %.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the ability to create individual objects, as accurately as possible normalizing the distribution of the load on different areas of the foot when standing and walking, as well as having a formed internal and external structure, strength properties and the presence of foot ventilation system in the insoles.
