SUBSTANCE: method includes: obtaining a controlled video sequence; determining whether the controlled video sequence contains a moving object or not; if the monitored video sequence contains a moving object - decision making, whether the moving object is a specified object or not; and, if the moving object is a specified object, - the prohibition of sending alarm information to the terminal.
EFFECT: reduced occurrence of a false alarm by means of classifying the type of a moving object and then recognition whether the moving object is a specified object.
