SUBSTANCE: device includes one or more patches in the form of thin-walled tubes, an expansion assembly with a conical mandrel. At the ends of each of the patches there are outer sealing rings of an elastomer swelling in aqueous or oil environment. The lower patch has a pre-expanded funnel-shaped section into which a drill shoe with a return valve and a saddle for a displacement plug discharged from the surface is mounted. The conical mandrel of the expansion assembly is a piston when the fluid is supplied under pressure and at the same time is rigidly connected by a pull line to a rig lift.
