SUBSTANCE: rational psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming "Anchor shifting" with formation of aversion to alcohol, as well as drug treatment. Prior to neurolinguistic programming, a period of abstinence from alcohol isconducted for 5-7 days. The patient is monitored for abstaining from alcohol by taking 3 Kolme drops in 50 ml of water. In case of the negative body response to drugs, it is suggested to repeat the period of abstinence from alcohol. In the absence of a negative response to drugs, a session of neurolinguistic programming "Anchor shifting" is conducted. After 3 months, a visit of support is scheduled, during which the patient is given indirect psychotherapy potentiation, which convinces him that to consolidate sobriety and lack of craving for drinking for many years, drug treatment is required and the Kolme drug is taken 3 drops 2 times a day for 3 months. EFFECT: method allows to increase treatment efficiency with improved quality and increased duration of remission due to increased psychotherapeutic effect by taking medication that is aimed at getting rid of alcohol dependence, causes a negative reaction to alcohol intake, and to prolong the effect of psychotherapeutic and medicamentous effects due to placebo, to improve general health, general immunity by taking placebo-Duovit.
