FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is a sequence of operations involving, in the first step, a thin wet grinding operation of tetrafluoroethylene powder in the organic solvent medium, introducing a calcium carbonate powder in the second step into the produced dispersed solution, followed by stirring the resulting mixture until a homogeneous mass is produced, and combining, in the third step, the produced homogeneous mass with perfluorooctyl methyl isocyanate (1.1,1.2,2.3,3.4,4.5,5.6,6.7,7.8,8-heptadecafluoro-9-isocyanatononan). The proposed method allows to produce a complex additive based on fluoropolymers.
EFFECT: hydrophobic, anti-icing properties of the protective composite coating are increased.
