FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: set of rolling rolls contains a pair of rolls with barrels of cylindrical shape, on which helicoidal protrusions having the form of screw lines are made. The increase in the mechanical properties of sheet metal is ensured by the fact that the angle of approach of the helical lines is 42-47°, the direction of their approach on the rolls coincides or the opposite. Screw projections on one roll are located opposite the smooth parts of the barrel of another roll or oppositely.
EFFECT: improving the processing of cast alloy macrostructure, increasing its technological plasticity and eliminating the destruction of blanks in rolls.
