FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: electronically controlled lockable differential comprises a body, a pair of semi-axial gears rotating together with a corresponding pair of axles, and a stop plate connected to one of the semi-axle gears. The stop plate moves along the axis relative to one of the semi-axial gears. The return spring is located in the differential housing and interacts with the stop plate for its displacement along the axis from one of the semi-axial gears. The electronic drive, which interacts with the stop plate, contains a stator, an inductor and an anchor. Anchor is a circular plate with internal and external flanges running along the axis. The internal flange has several notches distributed around the circumference. The stator and the anchor are non-rotatable relative to each other and relative to the differential housing. These flange cutouts focus the magnetic energy and maximize the strength of the force field.

EFFECT: improves recognition of the blocked state and increased service life.
