FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: single-stage reduction gearbox for the aircraft engine has a coaxial pair of ring gears, a coaxial pair of spur gears and a bearing element connected to the input shaft of the gearbox. Dividing gear diameters: A - is for large ring gear, D - is for small ring gear, B - is for large spur gear, C - is for small spur gear. Large and small gears make two mating gear pairs. Two gears of one of the two coaxial pairs are fastened together to act epicyclicly on the bearing element. One gear from another coaxial pairs is attached to the gearbox skeleton and one gear is connected to the output shaft. And A=K+i, B=K, C=K-j and D=K+i-j-j, where K, i and j are integers.
EFFECT: decreasing the dimensions.
