FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and in particular to units for hydraulic fracturing of oil and gas reservoirs. The effect is achieved due to the fact that the power unit of the pumping unit for deep-penetrating hydraulic fracturing of the cofferdams of isolated cavities of oil and gas reservoirs contains an internal combustion engine with an effective power of 2000 to 3000 hp, a hydraulic pump and a two-shaft double-flow multi-speed high-speed gearbox, an intermediate the shaft of which is connected to the internal combustion engine through a speed-increasing planetary gearbox with a fixed epicyclic gear with a gear ratio of i1=0,25, and the load shaft through a planetary gearbox with a fixed epicyclic gear with a gear ratio of i2=4 is connected to a cylinder-planetary reduction gearbox through a speed-reducing planetary gearbox with a fixed epicyclic gear with a gear ratio of i2=4 hydraulic pump.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity and reliability of the power unit of the pumping unit, ensuring its effective use for deep-penetrating hydraulic fracturing of oil and gas reservoirs.
