FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rendezvous and docking operations of space vehicles (SV) in the near-circular orbit, for example, of a space ferry vehicle as a SV and of an international space station as a cooperative SV (CSV). After placing the SC to the reference orbit, the parameters of the approach impulses for the parameters of the orbit of the CSV, measured before the SC departure, are determined. In the absence of information on the actual orbit of the CSV, a corrective pulse is made by the CSV means. This impulse is directed along the orbit and is calculated so that by the time of the meeting, the CSV latitude argument is adjusted to the value of the SC latitude argument.
EFFECT: possibility of convergence of the spacecraft with the cooperative spacecraft in the absence of information on board the spacecraft about the actual orbit of the cooperative spacecraft.
