FIELD: astronautics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of movement of spacecrafts (SC), which inspect other SCs on orbit. Method includes bringing the SC-inspector to the reference orbit, the latitude argument of which coincides with the latitude argument of the inspected SC. At that, said reference orbit is located in the plane and below the orbit of the inspected SC, which is close to it, enabling observation of the inspected SC along the zenith direction.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of conditions of observation of inspected SC from board of SC-inspector in process of SC approach and reduction of SC-inspector detection probability from board of inspected SC.
