FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: bulk filter with regeneration system consists of a cylindrical housing, an inlet connection for supplying a dust-laden flow, an outlet connection for discharging purified gas, a two-layer filter cassette consisting of two layers with different sizes of the filtering material granules: the first layer downstream with a granule size of 3-6 mm, the second layer with a granule size of 1-3 mm, separated by a perforated baffle, bounded from below by a perforated bottom divided into two downwardly opening sections and fixed by means of retaining sliding shelves on the movable shaft by means of movable supports; a block of perforated blowing tubes mounted on a pull rod for lifting and lowering a block of perforated blowing tubes; nozzles for filling a new filtering material.

EFFECT: carrying out combined dust cleaning of various fractions and toxic gases, increasing the efficiency of dust cleaning, the possibility to work with dusty streams with a high concentration of solid phase.
