FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for purifying gases from mechanical particles, moisture and chemical compounds in gas, metallurgical, chemical, food, medical, microbiological industries in order to ensure technological requirements to consumed and released gases for different types of production. Device consists of housing 1 with ring perforated cylinder 5, there is tightly fixed lower flange with nozzle 2 at the bottom of housing 1 intended to supply gas for purification under pressure, inside part of housing 1 has inner cavity 3 between housing wall and external wall 4 of ring perforated cylinder 5, installed in housing 1 with gap, to external and internal surfaces of which grid is adjoined with mesh size, smaller than the size of cylinder wall perforation, inner cavity of ring perforated cylinder 5, formed by its walls, is filled with adsorption granulated material, provided that the mesh size is less than the size of adsorption material granules, inside the ring perforated cylinder 5 with gap relative to its inner wall 6 there is porous cylindrical filter 7, on the top of housing 1 there is removable top cover 8 with connecting pipe for the extraction of decontaminated gas fixed to device housing tightly by means of gasket 9 and clamp 10, on inner side of removable top cover 8 there is collar 11, that is located in such a way, that enters into the upper part of the inner cavity of ring perforated cylinder 5, attached to top cover 8, to the lower part of ring perforated cylinder 5 is tightly attached flange 12 with openings, with collar 13, that enters into the lower part of the inner cavity of ring perforated cylinder 5, closed with detachable cover 14, attached on flange 13 with openings by means of fasteners, upper end of porous cylindrical filter is tightly attached to connecting pipe of the upper detachable cover 8, while its lower end is tightly closed by plug 18, to the inner cavity, formed by housing wall and ring perforated cylinder, safety valve 19 is attached wich is set to certain pressure.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of gas purification, its operating life, reliability, and also enables to use device in arbitrary spatial position (for example, during rotation or turn) while maintaining high degree of purification.
