FIELD: technological processes, filters.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of dust collection engineering and may be used for cleaning of industrial objects exhausts, for fine purification of air supplied, for instance, into operating rooms of health care institutions. Cyclone filter comprises cylindrical body with conic bottom, nozzle for tangential entry of dusty gas flow, rotary exhaust pipe, which simultaneously performs functions of filter and nozzle for exhaust of cleaned gas and represents welded structure that partially consists of filtering material. Welded structure is arranged in the form of frame, on which dense filtering material is fixed, and internal surface of cylindrical body part is draped with fine filtering cloth, for regeneration of which blowing nozzles are installed outside cylindrical body part. Inside cylindrical body part, roller beds are installed for fixation of fine filtering cloth, outside cylindrical body part, receiving and distributing cassettes are installed for replacement of fine filtering cloth.

EFFECT: intensification of cyclone treatment by increasing disperse flow rate in order to improve extent of finely dispersed particles settlement with prevention of abrasive wear of internal surfaces of device.
