FIELD: diagnostic equipment; usage for detection of sludging and corrosion in production process.
SUBSTANCE: equipment for diagnosis and detection of sludging and corrosion in a manufacturing equipment has at least one detector, connected to the pipe joint, for measuring the frequency reaction, transformer, connected to the production unit and made such that it can stimulate the production unit to resonance, circuit for diagnosis, connected to at least one detector and transformer. The detector circuit is made such that it can start the production unit into resonance by means of a command sent to the transformer and for the processing of the measured frequency reaction from at least, one detector. It is also made such that it can compare the measured frequency reaction with the reference frequency reaction and create a diagnosis signal that serves as a gauge of the working condition of the production equipment on the basis of deviation of the frequency reaction from the reference.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of measuring the characteristics of fluid flow and characteristics of production noise without the use of extra specialized equipment.
