FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to high-strength corrosion-resistant laminated steel, used for making of welded structures and equipment used in oil processing, petrochemical, chemical, coke-chemical and other industries. Laminated steel consists of cladding layer made from austenitic corrosion-resistant steel, and main layer made from high-strength low-carbon micro-alloyed steel. Main layer steel contains, wt%: C 0.04-0.07, Si 0.10-0.50, Mn 0.5-2.0, Al 0.015-0.09, Mo 0.10-0.27, Ti 0.10-0.20, Cr ≤ 0.5, P ≤ 0.03, S ≤ 0.005, iron and unavoidable impurities, including nitrogen with content not exceeding ≤ 0.01 wt%, the rest. Molybdenum content in main layer steel is determined depending on titanium content in compliance with relationship [Mo]=(1÷1.35)[Ti], facilitating formation of complex carbides (Ti, Mo)C nano-sized emissions volumetric system.
EFFECT: enabling higher weldability, strength, ductility, cold resistance and corrosion resistance.
