FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: mould has an open position and a closed position and limits in this closed position a closed cavity between the first heated moulding surface and the second moulding surface. The part, called the core, is heated by induction outside the mould, placing it inside the coil, through which an alternating current is passed. The core is inserted between moulding surfaces of the mould in the open position. The first forming surface is heated by heat transfer between the core and the moulding surface. The core is removed and the mould is closed.
EFFECT: increased productivity of the process.
