FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention reveals a sports-hiking waist belt, designed to be fixed on the user's waist, on which at least two links are attached with the possibility of replacement, made in the form of rocker shock absorbers, elastically damped devices, with one ends fixed on racks, in the form of sliders with gripping elements for interaction with ski poles and the possibility of reversible movement and locking on the belt, besides gripping devices are attached to the free ends of the shock absorbers, made in form of sliders with the possibility of reversible movement and locking on the shock absorbers. Grippers made with the possibility of pendulum-like oscillation in the aggregate interaction, with the ski poles fixed on the grips, are fixed on the sliders; they can be used during traveling with all known types of poles: ski, ski-ice skating, ski-roll moves, as well as walking and running.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the functional capacity of the body, respiratory and cardiovascular system, improve coordination of movements, general physical training, vestibular apparatus, using up to 90 percent of the muscles of the user's body.
