FIELD: weapon and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: bracket for mounting optical sights to automata and a Kalashnikov machine gun contains a front support (1), a Picatinny bar (2) and a rear support (3) with a square hole (30) for the button for locking the magazine-opening cover. The rear trail (3) also has a groove with two screws (17) for adjusting the length of the bracket. The front trail of the bracket (1) is made of sheet spring steel, rigidly attached to the bar (2), has a transverse groove (5) at the end in a third of the thickness of the material. The groove (5) forms a retainer tang (6). The width of the front trail (1) corresponds to the inner dimensions of the bar of the aiming bar of the machine in its upper part. The front trail (1) has two bends that provide a reproducible installation. The rear trail (3) is made in the form of a concave part with a slide connected to it with a protrusion (28) inserted into the longitudinal groove on the lower surface of the back of the Picatinny plate (2) and cooperating with the narrowed part of the adjusting screw (20). The adjustment screw (20) is located along the axis of the strip (2) at its after end. The front trail (1) is attached to the machine without removing the standard backsight leaf in the gap between the backsight leaf and its spring, turning the standard backsight leaf.
EFFECT: provides quick-detachable bracket, reliability and ease of attachment without changing the design of the machine.
