FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: membrane compressor unit includes two identical membrane compressors equipped with discharge 12 and suction 14 valves, flexible axisymmetric membranes 3 and springs 4, 5 mounted and fixed to the housings 1 of the membrane compressors. The value of the cross sections of the springs 4, 5 with the membranes 3 perceiving the actuating fluid pressure decrease until the actuating fluid pressure reaches the value of the set pressure of the discharge valve 17 of the receiver 18. In these cross-sections, cup-shaped hollow cylinders 6 of uniform cross section are coaxially attached to the membranes with springs, in which pistons 7 fixedly mounted on the housings 1 of the membrane compressors are installed. The pistons 7 are provided with internal openings connecting the membrane and cup-shaped chambers to the discharge valves 12 connecting the compressors to the receiver 18. The cup-shaped cylinders 6 are pivotally connected to the driven swing beam 9 by means of piston rods 8 symmetrically with respect to the swing point of the driven beam mounted on the plant housing and kinematically connected with the drive.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability, reduced specific metal consumption and increased specific productivity of the developed compressor.
