SUBSTANCE: protective layer comprises an outer layer of a mesh polymer formed physically or chemically and at least one functional layer consisting also of a mesh polymer formed physically or chemically which is located on the underside of the outer layer and has the lower Shore hardness than the outer layer.
EFFECT: invention ensures creating of protective layer with effective sound insulation and high surface quality.
