FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment sound insulation with broadband acoustic suppression means, and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as the noise protection means. Soundproofing casing with aerodynamic silencers is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped encompassing the process equipment, the process equipment is installed on at least four anti-vibration supports that are based on the building’s ceiling, where the clearance between the base of the technological equipment and the cutoff in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped is designed in order to prevent the transmission of vibrations from the technological equipment to the soundproof enclosure of the casing, and to provide the required microclimate during carrying out the process, the fan is installed inside the casing, wherein in order to eliminate the equipment overheating, in the soundproof enclosure the ventilation ducts are made, at that, the ventilation ducts internal walls are treated with the sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent material, at that, in order to reduce the ventilation system aerodynamic noise, in the casing the noise mufflers are provided, installed on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts, respectively, while onto the inner surface of the soundproofing enclosure a sound-absorbing element is fastened in the form of a smooth and a perforated surfaces, there is a multi-layer sound-absorbing structure between them, silencers of aerodynamic noise of the ventilation system, installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation channels, made in the form of chamber silencers, each of which contains a cylindrical body rigidly connected to the end inlet and outlet pipes, with a central partition, the housing is internally lined with sound-absorbing material, and the central partition is made in the form of sound-absorbing element that has the frame, which is lined on both sides with sound absorbing material, at the same time, the cylindrical body of the muffler is made of structural materials with a layer of soft vibration-damping material applied on their surfaces on one or both sides, at that, ratio between the material and the vibration damping coating thicknesses lies in the optimum range of values: 1/(2.5…3.5), or stainless steel, or galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.7 mm with a protective polymeric decorative coating thickness of 50 microns, or Polyester with a thickness of 25 mcm, or aluminum sheet with a thickness of 1.0 mm and a coating thickness of 25 mcm, or from solid decorative vibration damping materials.

EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency of noise suppression.
